Friday notes

Just a note to say my dad is being released home next week. This is good news, of course, although there is a long road ahead for him, my mom, and my whole family.

Breathing hopeful breaths and staying positive. Thanks again to everyone who sent their good wishes!

I know this is supposed to be good news, but I believe it’s still going to be a trying period for you and your family.I can’t wish away the difficulties for you and your family, but if ever you feel a little stressed or overwhelmed, just remember to breathe. Make your exhale longer than your inhale — it helps the body relax. Good thoughts to you and your family. Namaste.
